Sir Jeffrey Tucker expounds brilliantly on the evils of 'Intellectual Property'. Listen out for his thoughts, particularly, on Eli Whitney, Alexander Graham Bell and the (Patent) Wright Brothers, plus his thoughts on how the fashion industry has 'survived' despite being unprotected by 'Intellectual Property' rights:

Against Intellectual Monopoly
I'm reading it now and it's good. Lot of examples and economic reasoning, good utilitarian argument against IP.
One point they make is that IP is mostly used by companies in mature industry who are being out-competed by new entrants. Most recent case in point, fresh out of news-oven: Nokia claims virtually all Apple devices violate its patents
(I was an dedicated Nokia-man, until iPhone came out, now Nokia's stuff is sooo 20th century...)
Against Intellectual Property by Stephan Kinsella. Kinsella makes an rights based argument against IP. IP violates the reguar property rights.
