As well as schmoozing the Bloomberg lady interviewer, Jim Rogers comes up with a sensible plan for raising confidence in the Euro. Will his plan happen? Of course not, he complains. That would make far too much sense.
Note the beautiful St. Stephens cathedral just behind Rogers' shoulder, in Vienna, from where he is speaking. Ludwig von Mises used to live about 200 yards from this wonderful gothic edifice and would probably walk past it every day on his way either to the main restaurants of Vienna or to the University.
If ever you get the opportunity to go to Vienna, take it. It is still a wonderful city.
