The banks have mostly collapsed and have been mostly nationalised, inflation is zooming upwards, as are the jobless figures, we stand on the brink of the biggest recession since the 1930s, and yet Gordon Brown is hailed internationally as a global hero.Welcome to the topsy turvy world of socialist Britain. I would hate to see what would have happened if he had been a failure.
