Irish pork industry welcomes £158m rescue fund

I'm sorry, but this really is the corporate welfare state headline to end all other corporate welfare state headlines.

=> Irish pork industry welcomes £158m rescue fund

Absolutely marvellous.

Jack,

Don't know if you had noticed but there is an interview podcast with Jim Rogers available to download on the Lew Rockwell website. I think they posted it last week sometime.

You asked the other week where in the world you could emigrate to, to avoid the oncoming (economic) storm. Judging from what Rogers says the place to go is Singapore.

Yes, Singapore is probably the place. I'm working on the mother. There are other considerations. Mostly human shaped. But for now, I'd like to say: 你好

Actually, if more than one person is reading this, and they aren't personal acquaintances, that should be: 您们好

Pip pip! ;-)
